These terms cover use of Vaexil.tv, including guides, community suggestions, and contact forms. Product-specific licenses or written agreements control where they apply.

Website use

  • -This site provides stream references, guide notes, community suggestions, contact options, and Destiny 2 tools that can connect to your Bungie account.
  • -You may browse public pages, submit suggestions, vote on community suggestions, and use the contact form for legitimate inquiries.
  • -Do not attempt to access admin-only areas, disrupt site operation, submit abusive content, spam forms, or manipulate votes.

Connected accounts and your gear

  • -Connecting a Bungie account is optional and can be undone at any time, from the Armory or from your Bungie account settings.
  • -The tools move and equip items you already own. They never dismantle anything, never change subclasses, sockets or mods, and never spend materials. Anything beyond moving and equipping happens in Destiny, by you.
  • -Moves go through as soon as you make them, with a short window to undo the last one. Turn on batch review in the Armory if you would rather stage several behind a single confirm.
  • -Vaexil is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bungie. Destiny 2 data comes from Bungie's own API, and Bungie's terms govern your use of your account.

Guides and suggestions

  • -Guide entries become official only after Vaexil review. Community suggestions and items awaiting review are not official guide information.
  • -Game data, mod information, stream notes, and tool links can change over time and should be checked against current source pages where accuracy matters.
  • -Submitting a suggestion gives Vaexil.tv permission to review, edit, reject, verify, or publish the information as site content.

Third-party links and software

  • -Any downloadable software, source code, or third-party tool is governed by its own license, release notes, and terms.
  • -Links to other websites are provided for convenience and do not transfer responsibility for their content or availability to Vaexil.tv.
  • -No contact exchange creates a service, sponsorship, promotion, or product agreement unless separately confirmed in writing.

Reliability and limits

  • -The site is maintained with reasonable care, but public pages, suggestions, votes, and guide entries may change, move, or become temporarily unavailable.
  • -Information on this site is not legal, security, compliance, or professional advice.
  • -To the extent allowed by law, Vaexil.tv is not responsible for indirect losses from using, relying on, or being unable to access this public website.
